Privacy policy

Data Protection Act 1998, we will not share your details with any third party.

As well as your card details, name and postal address, we also require your telephone number and email.
Your email to send confirmation of your purchase and despatch details and your telephone number only in case of a problem.

Refunds

We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 14 days of receipt.
Some items may not be returned for hygiene reasons eg. pierced earrings, intimate apparel and personalised or modified to personal request items (this includes the designer hats).
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

The Long Distance Selling Act 2000, gives you the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
Please notify us a s soon as possible if you wish to cancel and we will endeavour to stop shipment. If we are unable to do so you will have to return the item to us at your cost to :
